For Leafar, growing up in Southern California between the 80’s and the 90’s was not easy. Summers were one of the most violent periods. More gunshots during day [and night] time meant it was necessary to toughen up.

This album can be seen as trajectory of the survival mechanisms and philosophical tools needed in order to have survived such a lifestyle, condensed into 5 songs.
